Requirements
Must:
- Technical degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in product management for complex B2B software with multi-stakeholder sales processes ($100K+ ACV)
- Hands-on experience developing and launching AI-enabled products, including knowledge of model training, deployment, and monitoring
- Proficiency in writing technical specifications, managing API roadmaps, and collaborating closely with engineering teams on architectural decisions
- Familiarity with microservices, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise integration patterns
- Preferred experience with AI systems capable of executing actions and managing complex workflows
- Background in conversational AI, including chatbots, voice assistants, or dialogue systems
- In-depth understanding of CRM/ERP integrations, telephony systems, or contact center technologies
- Experience leading technical product choices in intricate, multi-team settings
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and enterprise integration patterns
- Understanding of NLP, machine learning model deployment, and AI system reliability
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform services and enterprise deployment models
- Experience with product analytics, A/B testing, and performance monitoring
- Bonus: Knowledge of SIP protocols, IVR systems, or contact center infrastructure
- Strong communication skills for discussing complex AI concepts with technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to drive collaboration across engineering, sales, and customer success teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on first-principles thinking
- Experience engaging with enterprise customers on technical implementations

- Lead the definition of the technical roadmap for our AI platform, balancing innovative features with enterprise reliability
- Conduct market research on competitive AI products and emerging technologies to guide product strategy
- Collaborate with engineering leadership on architectural decisions affecting scalability, performance, and customer experiences
- Articulate complex AI capabilities into clear business value propositions for executive stakeholders
- Oversee product development across four specialized engineering teams, addressing the intricacies of dependencies and coordination
- Conduct customer technical evaluations to understand integration requirements and enterprise constraints
- Convert customer use cases into comprehensive technical specifications and user stories
- Work alongside customers technical teams on implementation strategies and system design
- Evaluate performance data and customer feedback post-launch to foster continuous product enhancements
