Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field; Masters degree is preferred.
- Minimum of five years of IT experience, including two years of SharePoint experience and five years as a .NET Developer.
- Three years of experience in AI development utilizing Microsoft Bot Framework or Google CCAI platforms.
- At least one year of experience in developing solutions on the Power Platform.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Python.
- Extensive knowledge of developing AI applications using the Microsoft Bot Framework and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Familiarity with Azure services like Azure Bot Service and Microsoft Graph.
- Knowledge and experience in creating effective generative AI prompts and fine-tuning models.
- Proven track record in developing and maintaining AI Virtual Assistants using Google CCAI Services.
- Ability to lead discussions with business subject matter experts (SMEs).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI applications using Microsoft and Google technologies, including Conversational Agents and Generative AI solutions.
- Build new M365 solutions to supplant existing SharePoint applications.
- Design AI/chatbot solutions by defining essential features, user flows, and API integrations.
- Utilize AWS Bedrock and other AWS services to develop and maintain Generative AI solutions as required.
- Optimize natural language processing techniques to enhance chatbot understanding and accuracy.
- Train and deploy AI models to meet business needs.
- Create dashboards to oversee chatbot performance metrics.
- Manage data sources and enhance intent matching for improved chatbot results.
- Design conversational flows that deliver a user-friendly and engaging interface.
- Analyze interaction data to spot trends and enhance performance, preparing relevant reports on chatbot effectiveness.
- Detect and resolve issues affecting chatbot functionality, including debugging and necessary updates.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain rigorous security standards for sensitive user data.
- Collaborate with diverse teams, including business analysts and UX designers, while demonstrating effective communication.
- Work with AI Center of Excellence members to align with established standards and procedures.
- Initiate and lead proof-of-concept projects to assess new technologies.
- Produce technical documentation using Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Author effective generative AI prompts to meet business requirements in line with state standards.
- Develop custom Copilot plugins or personalized agents using Copilot Studio.
- Automate workflows utilizing Power Automate while integrating AI-driven logic.
- Build AI solutions that access and manipulate SharePoint, Teams, or Outlook data.
- Align AI applications with enterprise data sources for seamless integration.
- Demonstrate business value through proof-of-concept chatbot and agent designs.
- Collaborate with governance teams to ensure compliance measures are met.
