- More than 5 years of proficiency with MS Project
- At least 5 years of experience utilizing MS Visio
- Over 5 years of exposure to Waterfall project management methodology
- Minimum of 3 years managing tasks with BMC Footprints Ticketing System
- At least 3 years of knowledge in Medicaid Healthcare eligibility
- More than 3 years of experience in release coordination
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects related to Medicaid eligibility and release management
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success
- Utilize MS Project and MS Visio for project planning and documentation
- Implement Waterfall methodology principles throughout project lifecycles
- Oversee the use of BMC Footprints for tracking and managing issues
- Facilitate release processes and ensure smooth deployments
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
