Requirements
Must:
- Over five (5) years of practical experience in Workday integrations within mid-to-large scale enterprises.
- Proficient in Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
- Knowledge of XSLT, XML, SOAP/REST web services, JSON, SFTP, and data transformation tools.
- Familiarity with data uploads, file feeds, and secure data transmission methods.
- Experience with Workday modules, including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, and Compensation.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of resolving technical and functional issues independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-starter with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Workday ERP implementation experience is highly desirable.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in lieu of formal education.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor the daily performance of Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and APIs across both internal and external systems.
- Investigate integration failures, determine root causes, and effectively implement solutions to reduce business disruptions, managing support tickets from start to finish.
- Act as the main contact for integration-related queries during the backfill period, ensuring timely integration schedules, data flows, and file deliveries.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to introduce new integrations, enhancements, and updates to existing systems.
- Work alongside HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors to facilitate smooth data integration and ensure compliance.
- Keep technical and functional documentation up to date, including integration specifications, configuration logs, and troubleshooting guides to ensure knowledge continuity for future transitions.
- Ensure all integrations meet organizational operational and security standards, as well as audit and privacy regulations.
- Assist in regression testing and validation of integrations during Workdays biannual updates and system patches.
