Must:
We are seeking a Computer/Network Technician with several years of professional experience in field operations, including installations, upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting, and help desk support. You should possess a strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, presenting yourself as a professional. A reliable mode of transport for onsite services is essential. Preference will be given to candidates with educational qualifications related to technology, technical certifications, and substantial expertise in monitoring and managing system tools.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide remote help desk support to users and deliver a range of IT services for computers, networks, and related systems. You will also perform onsite services as necessary, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and ensure outstanding client service by assisting end-users with their inquiries in a timely manner.

ComputerWorks is a well-established Systems and Information Technology Group that has been helping clients with their IT solutions since 1980. Our services include computer and network systems, cybersecurity protection, private cloud hosting, onsite/offsite backups, business continuity, Microsoft 365, and VoIP communications/messaging. As a leading Sage Business Partner, we specialize in Sage 300 accounting systems and also support other systems like Adagio, Sage 50, and QuickBooks. Although our office is located in Port Coquitlam, we primarily serve the Greater Vancouver and Lower Mainland areas and can support clients anywhere with internet access and localized assistance as required. This position is part-time and structured as freelance contract work, with flexible work hours and the ability to work from home. Pay ranges from $35.00 to $55.00 per hour. Benefits include a flexible schedule and mileage reimbursement. Please confirm your understanding that this is contract work and your availability for regular and after-hours services.
