Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Hands-on experience with the nCino Loan Origination System (LOS) and a solid understanding of banking workflows
- Experience in Agile delivery settings with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with application development platforms and their supporting infrastructure
- Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Proven capability to recommend, design, and implement systems solutions
- Track record of meeting project milestones and deadlines in regulated environments
Responsibilities
- Conduct system analysis, design solutions, and develop Salesforce applications for new features and enhancements
- Act as a hands-on contributor for complex Salesforce and nCino projects
- Maintain comprehensive functional knowledge of the Salesforce and banking applications we support
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers when necessary
- Participate in the technical planning of projects, including timelines and delivery milestones
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and technology teams during design, testing, and deployment phases
- Develop and execute detailed testing plans; conduct debugging and resolve defects
- Analyze system integrations, dependencies, and downstream effects across platforms
- Create and maintain clear technical and functional documentation
- Provide effort estimates, scope evaluations, and timelines for assigned tasks
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of the applications we support
- Identify and escalate risks in compliance with regulatory and control requirements
Description
We are a client-focused company offering a remote contract opportunity for a Salesforce Developer with hands-on nCino experience. In this 6+ month contract, located in Buffalo, NY, you will play a key role in designing, building, and supporting Salesforce solutions that enhance loan origination and banking workflows. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within an Agile framework, ensuring that our solutions are scalable, secure, and well-architected in a regulated financial environment.
