Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an ERP Business Systems Analyst
- Proven background in manufacturing is essential
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (preferably in Supply Chain Management; experience in HCM/PPM is advantageous)
- Proficient in system configuration, not just analysis
- Experience with full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in cross-functional, global settings
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing solutions for Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules
- Configuring Oracle Fusion ERP on the backend
- Managing resolution of production issues comprehensively
- Assisting in global ERP rollouts and launches, including approximately 20-25% travel
- Mentoring junior analysts and establishing team standards
