Requirements
Must:
- 1–2 years of experience in a Help Desk or Service Desk capacity (preferred)
- Familiarity with hardware, software, and basic networking principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365; familiarity with Azure, Active Directory, or Exchange is advantageous
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities and customer service orientation
- A+ Certification is preferred
Responsibilities
- Address help desk inquiries through phone and email communication
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and fundamental network issues
- Refer complicated problems to senior team members for advanced support
- Maintain records and document all tickets and their resolutions
- Ensure clear communication with users and provide timely follow-ups
Description
We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst I to act as the initial point of contact for our users. In this position, you will deliver technical assistance, resolve issues, and contribute to an exceptional customer experience within a supportive, collaborative team environment.
