Requirements
Must:
- Fundamental understanding of Windows operating systems, networking concepts, and popular software applications
- Strong skills in troubleshooting and solving problems
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic support environment
- Previous experience in IT support or relevant certifications (such as A+, Network+, etc.) is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Deliver first-line technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Address help desk tickets, incoming phone calls, and email support inquiries
- Diagnose and resolve fundamental IT challenges or escalate as needed
- Set up, configure, and maintain workstations and basic IT equipment
- Record issues, solutions, and support activities meticulously
