Requirements
Must:
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- AA/AS degree or equivalent experience in a security or business-related field is required; BA/BS preferred.
- Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility and access to Special Access Program information.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Department of Defense environments.
- At least 5 years of experience with Special Access Programs (SAPs) within the Department of Defense.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively interact with coworkers, program leads, and clients, including delivering presentations.
- Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs), Security Classification Guides (SCGs), and other vital security documents and records.
- Implement a tailored security education program for assigned personnel based on supported programs.
- Review and process Personnel Security (PERSEC) documentation, including SAP nomination forms, and manage access documentation in relevant databases.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on security frameworks, policies, and processes; ensure all necessary documentation is current and compliant with policies.
- Provide day-to-day security assistance to clients, maintaining an inspection-ready environment to meet Technical Specifications for Construction and Management of SAP Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities and NISPOM guidelines.
- Proactively anticipate needs and propose effective solutions; be knowledgeable about client roles and individual team responsibilities.
