Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field in Science, Technology or Mathematics
- 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Masters degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient understanding of object-oriented programming, system processes, and scripting languages
- Ability to propose ideas that enhance productivity and efficiency, and solicit feedback for optimization
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment, demonstrating commitment to team success
- Capability to quickly absorb new information and manage increasingly complex responsibilities
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance at the time of hire
Responsibilities
- Engage in requirements analysis, functional analysis, and performance analysis (timing, power, etc.)
- Design test setups and approaches, and carry out integration and verification of test equipment
- Create test cases, procedures, scripts (Python, Bash, C), and related documentation (plans and reports) for formal testing and verification activities
- Assist in establishing test infrastructures and environments, utilizing Git/GitLab
- Support the acquisition and setup of test assets, including identifying Bill of Materials (BOMs) and collaborating with material planners and manufacturing
- Prepare for and conduct formal test events, including Design Verification Testing (DVT), Qualification Testing (QT), and Acceptance Testing (AT)
- Provide updates related to SEIT tasks based on team backlogs
- Work within the Systems Engineering Integration and Test group while maintaining limited contact with other engineering and manufacturing teams
