Requirements
Must:
- Certification or experience with INCOSE standards
- Background in the Aerospace and Defense sector
- Proven leadership in defining and maturing baselines within a complex development environment
- Strong expertise in establishing and monitoring Technical Performance Measurements (TPM)
- Experience integrating with current or legacy aircraft systems
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly using Atlassian tools
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and safety-critical software standards
- Valid U.S. Security Clearance
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Evaluate the context of deliverable solutions against constraints and technologies
- Lead the design, architecture, and development of systems
- Utilize strong analytical and engineering skills to meet performance standards
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary design and development teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Oversee requirements management, including parsing and allocating functional requirements
- Identify and manage technical risks and verify compliance with standards
