Requirements
Must:
- Active Secret Clearance is mandatory (Active CAC preferred)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 8 years of experience in cloud engineering, architecture, or a similar field
- Proficiency with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or related cloud platforms
- DoD 8570 / 8140 IAT Level II certification is required
- Comprehensive understanding of cloud architecture and systems engineering lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to devise solutions for intricate technical issues
- Capability to support hybrid environments with occasional onsite demands
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate cloud architectural solutions within OCI environments
- Spearhead engineering initiatives to bolster security, scalability, and performance of cloud systems
- Implement cybersecurity standards, policies, and best practices within cloud architectural frameworks
- Assist in the integration, validation, and deployment of systems across cloud infrastructure
- Address and resolve complex architectural and implementation challenges
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders across engineering and mission-oriented teams
- Create technical solutions for intricate problems and foster innovation
- Participate in the ongoing enhancement of cloud engineering processes and standards
Description
We are a federal cloud engineering program dedicated to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) within a secure, mission-critical environment. We are looking for a Senior OCI Cloud Consultant who will engage in cloud architecture, engineering, and integration efforts across enterprise environments. This remote role offers an attractive salary range of $110,000 to $115,000, along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, and various other perks.
