Requirements
Must:
- A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is typically required
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is needed
- Proficiency in programming languages such as MATLAB, Python, Perl, C/C++, Linux, and/or Unix
- Experience in systems engineering, integration, networking, verification, validation, and/or testing
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of integration and testing activities, including verifying and validating results
- Participate in evaluating system performance and conducting validation tests to ensure all requirements and specifications are met
- Implement integration plans and testing activities according to established milestones and schedules
- Integrate and test system software builds to support integration, verification, and testing processes
- Work closely with cross-program leaders and stakeholders to establish testing strategies, confirm readiness of test setups, and engage in key process reviews
- Ensure testing and evaluation procedures are followed in compliance with established guidelines for both software and hardware, adhering to Department of Defense regulations
- Be prepared for both local and non-local travel, with expected travel around 10%, including experience with military sales products
