Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in Software Performance Testing and Test Automation
- Minimum of 2 years in the Medicaid (MMIS) domain
- Expert in setting up scalable performance test automation labs using tools like LoadRunner Cloud in cloud environments
- Proficient in automation scripting with JavaScript and Python
- Experience in API testing using Postman
- Capable of establishing CI/CD pipelines from scratch utilizing Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Familiar with cloud-based testing environments, specifically AWS
- Knowledge of integrating AI technologies into performance test automation
- Significant hands-on experience with JIRA and Xray for requirement tracking and execution reporting
- Excellent collaboration skills with Business and Architecture teams to devise performance test strategies
Responsibilities
- Design, create, and maintain automated performance testing suites for various enterprise services including Salesforce Portal and Service Now Self-Service Portal
- Construct and enhance scalable performance testing automation frameworks using industry-standard tools like LoadRunner Cloud, integrated with CI/CD pipelines, JIRA, and Xray for efficient test management
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and the Operations IT team to comprehend crucial business functions and create transaction scenarios along with load profiles
- Produce clear performance test summaries and present findings in terms understandable to leadership
