Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or 4+ years of experience in Client Operations or Intelligence (Signals) Analysis with military background, including military leadership
- Capability to successfully complete the Operations Certification Process within the designated timeframe
- Proficient in distinguishing colors on a computer monitor, specifically red, blue, white, and green
- An active and relevant TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government security clearance is mandatory for consideration
Responsibilities
- Provide operational responses to system alerts and changes in the system environment, including reconfiguration, data analysis, and reporting
- Monitor the near real-time status of the system while applying technical problem-solving skills
- Conduct and document initial evaluations of system-related issues
- Collaborate in suggesting design modifications to enhance operational efficiency or reduce operational costs
- Maintain detailed operational event logs and records
- Apply technical training and/or equivalent experience to assess system performance and improve data processing capabilities
- Engage in a closed environment, fostering direct collaboration with customers and team members
- Operate effectively within a near real-time decision-making setting and successfully undergo the required Operations Certification Process
- Execute duties on a rotating 24/7, 12-hour shift schedule
