Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related Science, Technology, or Mathematics field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a Masters degree with at least 6 months of related experience
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory
- Proficiency in testing methodologies and system integration practices
- Experience with test equipment (signal analyzer, signal generator, USRP)
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, system processes, and scripting languages
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to contribute ideas for increasing productivity and efficiency
Responsibilities
- Generate system test work products using the appropriate standards and procedures
- Develop testing and diagnostic programs, create test fixtures and equipment, and finalize specifications for new products
- Conduct functional, environmental, operational, and performance tests on hardware, software, and systems
- Design and implement cost-effective testing and troubleshooting methods for all product development phases
- Create detailed test plans that encompass all aspects of product functionality
- Support automated testing scripts utilizing Python 3.9+ according to GDMS coding standards
- Implement effective verification and validation methodologies
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams during integration activities
- Establish integration procedures to ensure seamless component interaction
- Facilitate AGILE implementation
- Document test activities, including plans, procedures, and reports
- Maintain accurate records of all test activities and results
