Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Advanced degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience is preferred
- In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 14 years in relevant experience is acceptable
- Active Department of Defense (DoD) secret clearance is mandatory
- Proficient in using the Elassian tool set
- Extensive experience with requirements traceability matrices and configuration control boards (CCBs)
- Familiarity with requirement database tools, specifically DOORS
Responsibilities
- Document and manage program requirements baseline in a requirements database
- Implement configuration management processes for the requirements database
- Analyze, develop, and break down Level 1 requirements into Levels 2 through 4 by collaborating with engineering leads
- Create and execute the verification strategy for the requirements
- Coordinate with Design and Test leads to develop validation and verification plans that meet system sell-off requirements
- Ensure the system complies with both performance and non-performance criteria
- Promote and advocate for process improvement initiatives
- Lead various tasks related to system development and troubleshooting
- Collaborate and engage with external customer scientists, engineers, and program management
- Work closely with the program leadership team to drive program success
- Provide program updates and communicate issues and successes through presentations and written reports
- This role may involve limited domestic travel (less than 10%)
