Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in developing, reviewing, and sustaining comprehensive data platform requirements.
- Exceptional communication abilities, capable of presenting and advocating solutions to both technical stakeholders and business users.
- Background in handling sensitive healthcare data, with knowledge of HIPAA and related privacy regulations.
- In-depth understanding and practical experience with data warehousing and enterprise data solutions.
- Strong analytics and data profiling capabilities.
- Proficient in facilitating and leading presentations on analytical findings to various stakeholders, including management and technical teams.
- Contribute to project timelines and objectives as directed by project management.
- Support complex data analysis efforts and convert business requirements into data warehouse/business intelligence solutions.
- Provide training on data systems to ensure users gain a comprehensive understanding of all elements within the Data Warehouse and BI platform.
- Familiar with AWS cloud services and cloud-based database solutions like Snowflake.
- Strong SQL query development skills.
- Experience with at least one business intelligence tool, such as Tableau or Cognos.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the healthcare sector.
- Outstanding documentation and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services.
- Experience with Snowflake.
- Proven experience in reporting with Tableau.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and document detailed functional, technical, and business requirements for a variety of projects.
- Create both business and technical documents that effectively serve both the development team and end users.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and obtain feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to project planning as requested by project leads, adhering to established PMO standards and methodologies.
- Communicate key milestones that outline delivery schedules based on resource availability and priority.
- Ensure solutions are delivered on time, fulfilling all requirements and expectations.
- Analyze, design, and implement business solutions, including major enhancements to existing systems.
- Assist in in-depth data analysis and convert business requirements into effective data solutions.
- Provide data training to ensure users of the Data Platform and BI reports fully grasp all components.
- Cross-train colleagues in specialized subject areas and technical proficiencies.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, project managers, and analysts to present requirement overviews for use case development.
- Interface with technical teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Gather and interpret user requirements and business processes.
- Engage in requirements and solution review sessions focused on Data platform implementation.
- Lead presentations of requirements analysis to management and stakeholders across various domains.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet specified requirements and expectations.
