Requirements
Must:
- Secret Clearance
- Minimum of 4 years of industry experience
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
- Security+ certification
- Proficiency with Azure services and environments
- Familiarity with ARM templates, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Terraform, and Terragrunt
- Strong troubleshooting skills in on-prem and cloud-integration settings
Responsibilities
- Deliver daily IT support for desktops, laptops, and associated peripherals
- Manage and support Microsoft Azure environments, including virtual machines and networking services
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and cloud-related issues
- Oversee user accounts, permissions, and access via Azure Active Directory
- Aid in the integration of on-prem infrastructure with Azure cloud services
- Ensure system performance through patching and updates for endpoints and cloud resources
- Assist with VPN, remote access, and secure connectivity solutions
- Create documentation for system configurations, processes, and resolved issues
- Partner with cloud engineering and cybersecurity teams to maintain compliance and system integrity
Description
We are looking for an Azure Systems Administrator to enhance our enterprise IT operations with a focus on Microsoft Azure cloud environments. This role involves maintaining and supporting end-user systems, cloud services, and overall enterprise infrastructure. The successful candidate will possess hands-on experience with Azure services and will have excellent troubleshooting skills across both on-premises and cloud-integrated platforms. This position may require some travel to Hanscom Air Force Base, MA or Huntsville, AL, and offers a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.
