Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience in application development and implementation of AI/ML solutions
- 2+ years of practical experience with Amazon Bedrock and associated AWS services
- Comprehensive understanding of AI/ML frameworks, including model deployment and optimization strategies
- Knowledge of application integration patterns with demonstrated experience in complex system integration projects
- Proficient in React and TypeScript for developing AI-driven user interfaces
- Experience in designing user-friendly UI/UX for AI applications
- Familiarity with cloud-based version control and CI/CD methodologies
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Prior experience in public sector or government projects is advantageous
- Awareness of compliance requirements and security protocols is preferred
- AWS AI Cloud Practitioner certifications are a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting
Responsibilities
- Lead AI engineering efforts by taking responsibility for solutions
- Promote technical integrity and transparency throughout the development lifecycle
- Interact directly with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI solutions utilizing Amazon Bedrock and corresponding AWS services
- Identify and explore opportunities to embed AI into current applications and workflows
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather and document business needs, delivering effective solutions
- Ensure adherence to best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
- Create AI Center of Excellence artifacts and technical documentation for knowledge transfer and compliance audits
- Engage in collaborative development practices using version control and CI/CD techniques
