Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of professional experience developing web applications utilizing C# and the .NET framework.
- Proficient in ASP.NET Core, Web API, MVC, and Razor Pages.
- Experienced in front-end development with plain JavaScript/TypeScript, modern CSS, and UI component methodologies.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Skilled at designing and consuming RESTful APIs, with experience in JSON/XML and asynchronous communication patterns.
- Strong SQL expertise, including database design, query optimization, and stored procedures.
- Background in distributed systems, managing concurrency, async workflows, and handling failure scenarios.
- Experience with automated testing (unit/integration) using tools like xUnit/NUnit and Moq.
- Familiar with designing solutions for Microsoft Azure PAAS and FAAS (nice to have).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, observability, and production monitoring (nice to have).
- Previous work with Telerik/Kendo UI or similar component libraries (nice to have).
- Knowledge of PWA and hybrid mobile apps (nice to have).
- Familiarity with VueJS (nice to have).
- Experience integrating ML models or Azure AI services into applications (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Create, implement, and enhance scalable and secure web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL Server.
- Lead technical discussions regarding design choices and make informed decisions about performance, scalability, maintainability, and security.
- Be responsible for features from design and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Work collaboratively with Product, QA, and Support teams to diagnose and resolve complex production issues.
- Promote and maintain engineering best practices through code reviews, testing methodologies, and architectural guidance.
- Mentor and assist junior and mid-level engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Keep updated on emerging trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with product, legal, and support stakeholders to understand and refine the business domain.
