Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of robust development expertise in Salesforce.
- At least 3 years of practical experience with Python or a thorough understanding of application and architecture design principles.
- Strong skills in Java and Salesforce.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in design, implementation, and production support on Salesforce, backend development, and API integration.
- 5+ years experience in Information Technology.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce development concepts, including Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning components (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins and GitLab.
- Proficient knowledge of test automation tools like Cucumber and Selenium.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying microservices using technologies such as Java and Spring Boot, or ideally MuleSoft.
- Familiarity with message queues and event streaming platforms.
- Understanding of API design principles and best practices.
- Required Salesforce Developer Certifications.
- Strong analytical abilities to tackle complex problems, process critical data, and derive valuable insights.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, modify, integrate, test, deploy, and provide support for internal Salesforce applications.
- Manage project delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Enhance Experience Cloud to better serve external customers.
- Update the DevOps processes using in-house tools and seek out efficiencies.
- Maintain and enhance the test automation suite created with Cucumber/Selenium.
- Assist in planning activities including impact assessments, effort analysis, and developer task allocation.
- Integrate microservices with the Salesforce platform using APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), platform events, and other integration tools like MuleSoft.
- Perform regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Provide support for production issues as necessary.
