Requirements
Must:
- 13+ years of experience with Salesforce, including 5+ years in a Technical Lead role
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud
- Proficient in Apex development, including triggers, asynchronous Apex, and optimization for governor limits
- Advanced skills in writing SOQL queries and managing large datasets
- Practical experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce (as needed), and Salesforce Flows
- Familiarity with healthcare system integrations (FHIR, HL7, EHR/EMR preferred)
- Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce security model, data sharing protocols, and HIPAA compliance
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and version control (Git)
Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive Salesforce implementations with an emphasis on Salesforce Health Cloud
- Design and create custom Apex classes, triggers, batch and queueable jobs, along with complex SOQL/SOSL queries
- Develop and improve Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components
- Engage in hands-on development while guiding junior developers and conducting code reviews
- Create and execute integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware
- Ensure data security, compliance measures, and adherence to HIPAA standards within healthcare solutions
- Manage technical architecture, troubleshooting efforts, and performance enhancements
- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams
