QI Data Analyst

- Oversee reporting, analytics, and data validation for UDS, HEDIS, HRSA, payer quality programs, and additional reporting requirements. - Generate and verify advanced reports (UDS, HEDIS, COZEVA, Health Focus, and payer portals). - Utilize the COZEVA platform on a regular basis, entering data accordingly. - Conduct complex data extraction and report creation from EHR and reporting systems. - Design and uphold dashboards, datasets, registries, and monthly scorecards for the organization. - Confirm data accuracy before submitting to HRSA, payers, and regulatory authorities. - Execute quality assurance checks on internal audits, chart evaluations, and quality reporting. - Detect and rectify reporting inconsistencies to uphold data integrity. - Anticipate year-end performance for UDS, HEDIS, payer quality programs, and other reports as needed. - Perform trend analysis, predictive modeling, and root-cause analysis to uncover performance gaps. - Track provider and site-level quality metrics. - Maintain empanelment lists and ensure correct attribution alignment with payers. - Interpret complex data into actionable insights and present recommendations to leadership. - Present performance metrics to leadership teams, committees, and operational departments. - Collaborate with clinical, operations, finance, and IT teams to advance quality improvement and value-based care initiatives. - Support and engage in related grant programs and initiatives.
