Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied quantitative analysis.
- Robust expertise in statistical analysis, modeling, and solving data-driven challenges.
- Proficiency in using Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical software.
- Experience applying scientific methodologies to both qualitative and quantitative situations.
- Proven capability to present analytical findings to senior or non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related discipline.
- Current active TS/SCI clearance (mandatory).
Responsibilities
- Utilize data science and advanced analytics to guide high-level decision-making and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Design and deploy statistical, predictive, and simulation models to assess complex systems and resource tradeoffs.
- Conduct data exploration, feature engineering, and model validation through automated analytical tools.
- Incorporate Operations Research methods (such as optimization, simulation, and decision analysis) when suitable as part of a comprehensive data science strategy.
- Create data-driven visualizations, dashboards, and analytical outputs for senior management.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality briefings and analytical documents that convert intricate analysis into actionable insights.
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify analytical challenges, success metrics, and decision criteria.
