Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 environments, administration, and migration tasks.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, networking concepts, and infrastructure execution.
- Experience in endpoint deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Exceptional documentation, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous exposure to an MSP, IT services, or consulting landscape.
- Practical experience with Microsoft 365 migrations and network infrastructure.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware.
- Relevant certifications are an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Scope and detail project requirements for precise quoting and planning.
- Implement technical solutions and migrations according to established scope.
- Create comprehensive documentation for smooth transitions to support teams.
- Ensure project tasks are completed punctually and in line with the agreed scope.
- Execute projects with a focus on detail and minimal need for revisions.
- Proactively identify risks, obstacles, and scope issues at early stages.
- Maintain thorough documentation and accurate timekeeping.
