Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in delivering technical support in high-paced settings, fluent in Mandarin and English
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities spanning software applications, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and hardware components
- Comprehensive understanding of computer networking concepts including LAN/WAN configuration, TCP/IP protocols, DNS management, VPN setup, firewall policies (e.g., Meraki), and network security best practices
- Proficiency in utilizing enterprise tools such as SCCM for software deployment and updates, Active Directory for user management, GPO for policy enforcement, BMC Remedy for tracking incidents, and Autotask for ticketing workflows
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure elements including servers (Windows Server), storage solutions, mobile device management (MDM), and strategies for operating system deployment
- Familiarity with network administration tasks involving LAN setup, TCP/IP issues resolution, DNS configuration, and firewall rules management using Meraki or similar tools
- Outstanding communication abilities in both Mandarin and English for effectively conveying technical concepts to varied audiences
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to swiftly assess complex issues and prioritize tasks under pressure
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-depth technical support to users in both Mandarin and English, promptly addressing hardware, software, and network concerns
- Diagnose and resolve software issues across multiple operating systems like Windows, macOS, and Linux, including applications such as Microsoft 365 and enterprise tools like Autotask, IT Glue, and Datto RMM
- Manage computer hardware assets including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals to ensure peak performance
- Configure and oversee network infrastructure components such as LANs, VPNs, firewalls, DNS, TCP/IP protocols, Meraki devices, and network switches
- Administer Active Directory for user account management, group policies (GPO), and access control; utilize SCCM for software deployment and system updates
- Support IT infrastructure tasks including server management within Windows Server environments, Linux systems, and storage solutions
- Assist with network administration responsibilities involving TCP/UDP protocols, DNS settings, firewall rules, and resolving connectivity challenges
- Utilize ticketing systems like Autotask to document incidents, monitor solutions, and communicate effectively with end-users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT initiatives that improve operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with security protocols
