Responsibilities

- Address user inquiries and technical issues through our help desk ticketing system, acting as the link between end users and our development team - Collaborate closely with fellow team members to troubleshoot issues and enhance our operational practices - Assist non-technical clients in comprehending and utilizing the data within their databases - Support the onboarding process and implementation for both new and existing clients, including providing training - Execute SQL queries to analyze issues and respond to client inquiries - Carry out manual and AI-assisted software testing using tools like Claude; create test cases, explore edge scenarios, and help develop automated testing processes (prior AI knowledge is not necessary; curiosity and a willingness to learn are essential) - Contribute to the creation of proposals, user guides, internal documentation, and technology projects as needed
