Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a professional information system role is preferred
- Proficient in using Windows Domain controllers with Active Directory, Microsoft Office, and Office 365
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, IP protocols, and related technical skills
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing effectively
- Experience with troubleshooting software and applications, including general PC support and basic network issues
- Ability to provide technical assistance and basic training to staff
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills to maintain order and manage time efficiently
- Proven capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- High regard for confidentiality regarding information handled
- Experience in data management and IT infrastructure deployment is a plus
- Familiarity with mobile device troubleshooting and network cabling is desirable
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, revising, developing, and implementing policies and procedures related to Information Systems
- Contribute to the physical design, development, implementation, and management of all computer network systems within CCCS, Inc.
- Ensure compliance of all Information System policies with corporate standards
- Prepare comprehensive reports and statistical data as requested, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Safeguard the handling, distribution, and recording of all information as per accepted professional practices
- Maintain necessary records for internal controls regarding Information System purchases
- Facilitate staff training and professional development as needed
- Execute other duties as assigned by the Director of Secure Facilities and Juvenile Programs
