Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience (flexible for exceptional candidates)
- Strong expertise in C#/.NET and modern JavaScript
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining production systems
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, API design, relational databases, and testing methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and work autonomously
- Capacity to communicate technical and product concepts clearly and defend decisions through structured reasoning
- Preferred: BS or higher in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with advanced multi-agent AI toolsets for disciplined software engineering design and verification
- Familiarity with Svelte or modern reactive frontend frameworks
- Experience with Azure serverless architecture
- Experience with Python and/or Spark
- Background in building real-time data pipelines
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, PHI, or HIPAA compliance
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth startups

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and sustain full-stack features spanning backend and frontend systems
- Write secure, thoroughly tested, maintainable code
- Contribute to architectural decisions across services and data flows

- Collaborate directly with product and design teams to clarify ambiguous requirements
- Proactively identify edge cases and potential system implications
- Clearly articulate product enhancement ideas in both writing and discussions
- Present structured proposals that link technical modifications to user value and business outcomes
- Contribute to the design and evolution of Azure serverless infrastructure
- Support the development of real-time and batch data pipelines (Python, Spark)
- Ensure compliance with PHI and HIPAA requirements
- Responsibly leverage AI tools while upholding rigorous engineering standards
- Take initiative beyond assigned tasks and excel in an ambiguous startup environment
