IT Project Manager - Agile & Cloud

- Lead the comprehensive planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of IT projects, including software implementations and infrastructure upgrades. - Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, decision logs, and budgets using PMO-defined methodologies and tools. - Create and maintain detailed project documentation, such as charters, work plans, status reports, and risk mitigation strategies. - Coordinate vendor activities to ensure that deliverables meet technical, security, and compliance standards. - Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle. - Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to establish technical criteria for vendor selections and facilitate the vendor selection process as necessary. - Track and report on project milestones, provide regular status updates, and escalate issues to the project sponsor and leadership team. - Serve as a technical intermediary among business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors. - Analyze and convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications. - Assist in the design of solutions, technical evaluations, and system configuration discussions. - Ensure compliance with relevant health information technology standards and Medicaid/behavioral health program requirements. - Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with diverse teams across the organization, including clinical leadership and quality teams. - Enhance communication and alignment across departments to ensure project goals and organizational priorities are clear. - Advocate for collaborative problem-solving and a culture of transparency and accountability. - Provide succinct and accurate project updates to executives, stakeholders, and technical teams. - Organize cross-functional meetings, ensuring that decisions are recorded and followed up on. - Create communication plans tailored to various audiences, including technical staff, clinical teams, and senior leaders. - Comply with PMO methodologies, reporting processes, and governance structures while ensuring that project activities meet applicable regulations, including HIPAA and Medicaid guidelines. - Assist in organizational readiness tasks including training and change management processes.
