Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience working within in-building cellular network solutions such as passive and active DAS, Radio Dot, SpiderCloud, and OneCell.
- Proven background collaborating within in-building coverage teams at AT&T, Verizon, or T-Mobile, either directly or as a significant supplier.
- Strong history of designing and implementing in-building cellular networks.
- Relevant certifications or experience in IP networking, VPN setups, and firewall configurations required; familiarity with Fortinet preferred.
- Proficient with iBwave to review designs, suggest enhancements, and modify signal source equipment accordingly.
- Background in rapid deployment environments preferred.
- Experience with comprehensive project management tools for tracking deployment processes preferred.
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated individual capable of identifying and accomplishing tasks independently.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities essential.
- Ability to diagnose network issues and perform under pressure during and outside regular hours.
- BS/BA degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our sales teams to analyze prospect requirements and generate signal source bill of materials tailored to technical and financial project needs.
- Work closely with our in-building RF engineering teams to evaluate iBwave designs while aligning signal source equipment and IP networking gear with proposed in-building cellular solutions.
- Create documentation on rack setups, IP network configurations, coax connections, and firewall setups to guide technicians in the correct installation and configuration of signal source equipment.
- Provide remote or on-site support for configuration and troubleshooting of IP networking and signal source devices as required.
- Identify and resolve issues related to IP networking and signal source operation during deployments and ongoing system issues, available for troubleshooting during and after business hours if necessary.
