For this role, the expected total compensation, including base salary and commissions, ranges from $160,000.00 to $210,000.00. Additionally, I offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and opportunities to participate in the company’s incentive plan. New hires will enjoy eleven paid holidays each year, two weeks of paid vacation (pro-rated based on the start date), and additional leave options.
