Associate IT Analyst - Entry Level

We are looking for candidates who possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as exceptional public speaking abilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Successful candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and be able to work independently without constant guidance. Adaptability in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment is important, along with a comfort level for learning and utilizing various software tools. The ability to travel for onsite customer training is also required. Qualifications include: - A bachelors degree (or equivalent; degrees in quantitative or technical fields are a plus) - Experience in help desk support is beneficial, particularly in B2B SaaS or K-12 education sectors - Strong communication skills - Former educators and school technology department personnel are encouraged to apply - A collaborative spirit and a commitment to excellence are vital - High integrity, energy, and motivation will be highly regarded - A desire to work in a small, close-knit company and make an immediate impact - Experience in education, accounting, or project management is a plus - Authorization to work legally in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future
