Requirements
Must:
- 1+ years of proven experience as a Private Investigator (excluding law enforcement or military)
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree preferred
- Personal auto insurance with liability limits of 100k/300k/100k
- Proficient in reading skills and able to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently, providing excellent customer service
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility in schedule and effective time management skills
- Willingness to work on holidays, weekends, and overtime as necessary
- Regular and predictable attendance is essential
- Readiness to travel and work varied hours, starting as early as 3:00 AM
- Completion of employment application and ability to pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Conduct field surveillance by observing, monitoring, and documenting subjects activities
- Perform surveillance both in vehicles and on foot while maintaining discretion
- Prepare and execute tailored pre-surveillance planning for each case
- Capture and document findings through video and detailed reports
- Observe subjects in diverse environments such as public areas and workplaces
- Submit thorough reports and video evidence within deadlines
- Communicate consistently with team leaders regarding position updates and observations
- Utilize digital surveillance equipment, web-based tools, and investigative software
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality representing Command Investigations
- Follow safety standards and comply with all legal and ethical guidelines during operations
