Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree and 4 years of relevant experience in network engineering or a Masters Degree with 2 years of relevant experience
- Current and active TS/SCI security clearance
- Proven experience in managing system infrastructures
- Direct experience in identifying issues and troubleshooting IT infrastructure anomalies within the Department of Defense (DoD) or similar organizations
- Hands-on experience in developing solutions for technical challenges within IT infrastructures for the DoD or similar entities
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on client relations
- Professional proficiency in English
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to access federal facilities in line with Real ID requirements
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship for work visas
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, administer, support, and maintain various systems and associated hardware
- Manage system infrastructures effectively
- Implement best practices to define system functional specifications, configure both physical and virtual systems, and manage backup and recovery processes
- Update and support existing systems by tuning performance and managing storage allocations
- Implement critical patches and review system performance logs to identify problems and troubleshoot issues
- Coach and assess the work of junior technical staff
