Requirements
Must:
We are seeking a candidate with over five years of experience in product management within the development lifecycle of systems. You should have a solid understanding of agile development methodologies and be proficient in articulating and presenting business needs clearly and effectively to various audiences. Familiarity with billing, accounts receivable, and accounting terms and processes is essential. Additionally, you should possess strong project management skills to ensure timely completion of assignments and be adept at problem-solving.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to collect, validate, and document business requirements to meet their needs. You'll analyze requests for system enhancements and determine their business value and priority for inclusion in the product roadmap. Your responsibilities will also include managing feature enhancements throughout the agile development process—this encompasses planning, refining business requirements, testing, and preparing for business releases. You will oversee user acceptance testing, coordinating resources and monitoring defect tracking and resolution. Representing the voice of the customer, you will communicate trends, opportunities, and risks succinctly, and you will conduct feasibility assessments and capability gap analyses. You will need to consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion and maintain regular, timely attendance.
