Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of Vision and Adhesive Process Technologies
- Experience in robot automation applications
- Proficiency in system integration and project management
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to travel for project needs
Responsibilities
- Validate and implement innovative solutions
- Identify opportunities for productivity improvements and cost reductions
- Define hardware and software configurations for integrated machines
- Oversee the integration and installation of Comau Systems at customer sites
- Program and optimize technology parameters for product quality
- Serve as technical liaison to customers
- Conduct customer training for maintenance best practices
- Maintain positive customer relationships through effective feedback
- Provide after-sales support
- Collaborate during the Handover phase with Engineering to identify project risks
- Focus on time and cost management
- Configure, start-up, and debug network systems, I/O, and communication
- Set up auxiliary equipment
- Validate and debug safety features as necessary
- Ensure system functionalities meet cycle-time and quality standards
- Create documentation following customer commissioning standards
