Software engineer - Java, Python

- Proficient in C# / VB.NET (intermediate/advanced level) - Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Progress Databases (intermediate level) - Basic skills in Crystal Reports development - Basic knowledge of Microsoft SSRS Reporting - Understanding of Progress ABL code and/or Microsoft LINQ is a plus - Strong analytical skills to read, interpret, develop, implement, and test specifications-based solutions - Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities - Professional and courteous interaction in all communications - Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively - Resourceful, with sound judgment and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently without direct supervision - Strong organizational skills to maintain efficiency in daily operations - Committed to resolving issues while knowing when to refer them to a team member - Ability to empathize with users and maintain professionalism - Adept at collaborating with clients at various levels - Energetic, enthusiastic, and results-driven approach to work - Bachelor’s degree related to the field or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 4 years of experience in Microsoft .Net programming - Experience with Epicor application is an advantage
