Requirements
Must:
- Related Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- 4 years of experience in Microsoft .Net programming
- Familiarity with Epicor application is a plus
- Intermediate to advanced skills in C# / VB.NET
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and/or Progress Databases
- Basic development skills in Crystal Reports
- Basic understanding of Microsoft SSRS Reporting
- Knowledge of Progress ABL code and/or Microsoft LINQ is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to interpret, develop, implement, and test software solutions based on specifications
Responsibilities
- Provide development and customization of the Epicor ERP Application
- Translate software requirements into effective programming code
- Maintain and enhance programs for business use
- Utilize the ERP and SDK toolset to create tailored solutions both within and outside the application
- Develop and test customizations, BPM’s, Crystal Reports, SSRS Reports, and queries ensuring detail-oriented accuracy
- Document all software modifications as per company guidelines
- Manage assigned tickets and tasks to adhere to deadlines and milestones
- Conduct classroom training sessions for end users on Microsoft SSRS, Crystal Reports, and various Epicor technical tools
- Troubleshoot issues, assess alternatives, and implement effective resolutions
- Maintain accurate daily timesheet and expense report entries
- Perform additional duties as required
