Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with Power BI
- Proficient in data visualization techniques and advanced calculations (Aggregate, Date, Logical, String, Table) using Power BI
- Familiarity with connecting Microsoft Power BI to various data sources
- Experience creating a variety of visualizations using Slicers, Lines, Pies, Histograms, Maps, Scatter, Bullets, Heat Maps, and Tree maps
- Skilled in utilizing Custom Visuals and Groups
- Proficient in creating DAX expressions
- Experience in setting up and configuring Power BI-related Gateways and data connections
- Strong SQL and database querying skills, applicable to local and shared databases and data warehouses
- Knowledge of SQL Server 2012 or later versions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to produce clear and concise reports
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members while also demonstrating independence
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities
Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Analyze data and create visualizations to convey insights effectively
- Connect Power BI to various data sources for reporting purposes
- Utilize advanced features of Power BI to perform data calculations and transformations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions
- Generate regular updates and reports for stakeholders
- Provide support in configuring Power BI gateways and managing data connections
- Develop and maintain DAX expressions for data modeling
- Ensure high-quality standards in all reports and visualizations
- Foster strong working relationships to ensure excellent customer service and communication
