Requirements
Must:
- Associate degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of hands-on support experience in endpoint or manufacturing environments
- Proficient in Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, and knowledge of ticketing systems
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Capability to lift/move equipment up to 40 lbs, use ladders/scissor lifts up to 50 ft high, and work safely in cold/production settings

Responsibilities
- Provide onsite technical assistance for PCs, label printers, scanners, cameras, phones, and production IT stations while adhering to SOPs
- Image, deploy, and maintain devices using authorized tools and assets
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues, including managing cables and replacing peripherals
- Process support tickets in the Helpdesk system, ensuring accurate updates and documentation
- Manage user accounts by following approved templates from the DBA/IT Manager
- Configure labels and devices on production equipment, escalating any special requests
- Perform site inspections to identify technical issues and address them or escalate as needed
- Maintain an inventory of IT spares and coordinate equipment repairs in line with policy
- Escalate incidents as per SOPs when SLA requirements or safety concerns are at stake
- Assist in projects as assigned by the IT Manager or IT Project Manager
