Requirements
Must:
- Associate degree in IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on support experience, preferably in manufacturing settings
- Proficient in Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, and various ticketing systems
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- Capable of lifting/moving equipment up to 40 lbs and using ladders or scissor lifts up to 50 ft
- Bilingual skills are preferred

Responsibilities
- Deliver onsite technical support for PCs, printers, scanners, and production IT stations following established procedures
- Image, deploy, and manage endpoint devices utilizing authorized tools
- Handle routine maintenance and troubleshooting activities, including cable management and device replacement
- Manage Helpdesk system tasks, ensuring timely and accurate updates on ticket status and documentation
- Assist with user account management through approved Active Directory templates and PowerShell forms
- Execute pre-approved device configurations and escalate any exceptions to IT management
- Conduct site inspections to identify and address potential technical issues
- Maintain an inventory of IT spare parts and coordinate with IT Management for repairs
- Initiate escalation procedures for incidents that threaten SLA compliance or safety
- Participate in onsite project tasks as directed by IT management
