Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in IT management or a similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum

Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with the product owner to build relationships with business stakeholders and manage product backlogs
- Maintain communication with feature stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate efforts across multiple teams to ensure cohesion
- Recognize and pursue opportunities for improving processes and efficiencies
- Mentor direct reports in their professional growth and development
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals
