Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in cloud engineering or system administration
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
- Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
- Understanding of hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) solutions, preferably Nutanix
- Knowledge of security protocols and compliance regulations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various teams to design, develop, and implement reliable cloud solutions
- Assist in migrating existing on-premises applications to cloud environments
- Conduct daily system health checks, validate system performance, and implement necessary updates
- Manage hyperconverged infrastructure components including compute, storage, and virtualization
- Create automation scripts to streamline regular tasks and processes
- Implement security standards and ensure compliance with organizational policies
- Build secure cloud infrastructures in public cloud environments
- Monitor resource utilization and optimize cloud performance while managing costs
- Work alongside senior engineers and developers to diagnose and rectify issues
- Document configurations, operating procedures, and troubleshooting documentation
