Requirements
Must:
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related discipline with at least 5 years of experience.
- 8 years of experience in either C++ or Java programming.
- Strong foundation in computer science principles, including data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and information retrieval.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is mandatory.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to eligibility criteria for security clearance.

Responsibilities
- Develop innovative software solutions as part of the Solipsys Product Line utilizing programming languages like Java, C++, and TypeScript.
- Exhibit leadership capabilities to coordinate and oversee the efforts of a diverse team of engineers working on a variety of programs, ensuring successful delivery of technical solutions for our clients.
- Communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with individuals at all organizational levels and create presentations and summaries tailored to various audiences.
- Assess and identify new technologies to enhance productivity in software development and to support strategic product initiatives.
- Foster a culture of excellence in engineering by facilitating proper training, eliminating obstacles, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring adherence to departmental policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development of proposals, including technical solutions, pricing, and scheduling content.
- Travel up to 25% as needed.
