Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) fields, or a related advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance necessary prior to start date
- Proficient in embedded software development and integration using C, C++, or Rust
- Demonstrated experience in software development and integration within complex multi-threaded software environments
- Familiarity with standard full lifecycle software development practices and configuration management tools
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of advanced embedded cryptographic solutions and communication products
- Architect the creation of secure, multi-threaded embedded codebases using C++ or Rust to enhance software architecture with innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to specify comprehensive requirements, supervise software implementation, and direct test case development and certification
- Mentor software developers to foster a high-performing engineering culture, enhancing technical skills and promoting best practices
- Play a proactive role in advancing security and reliability measures for crucial communication systems, shaping best practices and guiding future innovations
