I am excited to offer this position based in Piscataway, NJ. Please note that we cannot provide work visa sponsorship for this role. As I work with you, I will share our competitive salary range of $106,400.00 - $150,000.00 USD, which is based on experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to my salary, I may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles. I can look forward to a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions, subject to eligibility requirements. Other benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (or 120 hours for hourly employees) and 13 paid holidays, with provisions for paid sick leave adjusted as per local laws.
