Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years of experience in IT support (help desk, service desk, desktop support)
- Strong understanding of Windows 11
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 / O365
- Experience in a ticket-based support environment
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn and develop
- Excellent communication skills and customer service aptitude
- Nice to Have (not mandatory):
- Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Familiarity with networking or systems administration
- Relevant IT certifications (A+, Network+, Microsoft, etc.)
- Experience with self-directed learning and home lab projects
Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated Tier II IT support issues through a ticketing system
- Provide daily IT support to multiple clients
- Troubleshoot end-user, desktop, and workstation issues
- Assist with tasks related to Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and basic systems
- Gain exposure to networking and infrastructure technologies as your career progresses
- Collaborate with senior engineers and the service desk team on various projects

This role, based in Andover, MA, offers a hybrid work model, but candidates must reside in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Rhode Island.
